I first heard about Shane via Facebook, and booked him to provide a workshop for our Camogie club at Ballina, Co. Tipperary. I liked his enthusiasm straight away, and also, contact was prompt upon inquiry about the workshop.
The girls enjoyed the session and they were willing to take on board the exercises and correct what they were doing wrong. They are eager to have another session.
What I liked best about Shane’s coaching system was his knowledge, enthusiasm and the way he was able to engage the girls in the sessions.
